Human Coalition Files Amicus Brief in Opposition to FDA’s Approval of Abortion Pill

On Friday February 10, 2023 Human Coalition filed an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief in federal court for the case Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Human Coalition supports the lawsuit filed by Alliance Defending Freedom on behalf of four national medical organizations and doctors, challenging the FDA’s approval of the chemical abortion pill regimen.
