Angela Leopard

VP of Finance and Operations

As VP of Finance and Operations for Human Coalition, Angela Leopard uses her extensive experience in accounting and financial management to oversee the finance and operations division of Human Coalition – which encompasses six departments.  

Angela joined Human Coalition with more than 15 years of experience, including 14 years in government and non-profit accounting. With a background spanning from financial management for multi-entity structured organizations, to small business ownership, Angela brings unmatched versatility and expertise to the position. Additionally, throughout her career, Angela has managed multiple federal and state level grants – including managing 32 grants at once.  

Angela holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University, as well as an Executive Certificate in Non-profit Management from Duke University.  

Angela was born and raised in North Carolina, and moved to the Dallas suburbs with her husband, Jason, and two children to serve at Human Coalition.
