Clark Costa
Vice President of Development
Clark Costa serves as the Vice President of Development for Human Coalition, where he leads the team charged with advancing the lifesaving mission through sustained and increasing financial support.Â
In this role, Clark manages the implementation of comprehensive advancement strategies to attract, retain, and cultivate donors. This includes overseeing retention strategies, proposals, grants, funding sources, and trends. Moreover, he monitors the reports on the advancement program and identifies, develops, and mentors the Development team.Â
A Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, project management, interactive marketing, and sales promotion, Clark most recently served as the National Product and Sales Manager for MORSCO Supply – a multi-billion-dollar distribution company. Throughout his career, he has also spent time serving in the non-profit sector, commercial construction, residential real estate, and renewable fuels.Â
Clark also brings a background in ministry, having served as Small Groups Pastor at Journey Church and Executive Pastor at City Blessing Church in New York City.Â
Clark holds a degree in Theology from Beacon University’s Christian Life School of Theology. He and his wife, Alexis, and son, Caston, reside in Grapevine, Texas.Â
