Joseph S. Pagano

As the Vice President of Government Programs for Human Coalition, Joe Pagano is focused on cultivating new relationships with state governments and assuring that existing relationships are served well. This is done by delivering reporting and key metrics efficiently.

With more than 20+ years of diverse business management experience, Joe has distinguished himself as a leader in multiple settings. His experience has helped him develop excellent communication skills and also effectively work as part of a team. These attributes have prepared him for his current role. Before coming aboard Joe managed a large call center. He was able to bring that experience to Human Coalition when he joined the organization in 2016 as the Contact Center Director. 

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.  Joe and his wife Mandy have 4 sons, 2 daughters, and 1 dog.
