Meet Desiree Matthews, Clinic Director of Human Coalition – Atlanta. Like so many of Human Coalition’s team members, Desiree spent most of her career working in the private sector. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, Desiree is an expert at building high-performance teams, and she’s developed a passion for fostering environments where team members can flourish.

With a bachelor’s degree in business; a master’s degree in public administration; and a master’s degree in marriage, couple, and family counseling, Desiree has demonstrated a commitment to ongoing education and self-improvement. Most importantly, she is unequivocally pro-life. “I have always been pro-life and have strong opinions against the practice of abortion. The opportunity in the Atlanta office was a perfect fit for my professional competencies and my personal opinions about valuing human life,” Desiree explains.

As a valued member of the business community, she remains an active member of the Toastmasters public speaking society. She also holds a number of credentials awarded via short courses and training seminars.

Desiree brings just the right blend of education and experience to make a real impact in the lives of the women and families who visit our clinic. Her love of people and her commitment to helping them reach their full potential will contribute to our clinic’s growth, as we expand our reach into underserved communities.

The clinic director serves as the heart and soul of our women’s care clinic, directing, leading, managing, and encouraging our staff to be the hands and feet of Christ. Please be in prayer for Desiree as she leads and guides the Human Coalition – Atlanta team.
