Don Bell

Don Bell serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Human Coalition, where he provides executive leadership across finance and operations. Reporting to the President, Don leads strategic integration, financial stewardship, and cross-functional alignment to ensure long-term sustainability and mission effectiveness.

With over two decades of experience in financial strategy, nonprofit leadership, and business consulting, Don brings a track record of building systems, optimizing resources, and helping organizations scale. Prior to joining Human Coalition, he served as a fractional CFO through C-Suite Support, advising nonprofits and mid-market companies. Hands on experience optimizing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating complex landscapes, Don strives to bring clarity, accountability, and a steady hand to every challenge.

Don was drawn to Human Coalition by a deep conviction to use his skills in service of a life-affirming cause. He is passionate about building healthy teams, driving measurable impact, and providing compassionate care to moms facing unexpected pregnancies.

Don holds a degree in business from Texas A&M, a Master Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova and many other certifications.

He and his wife Kristi live in the Dallas suburbs and have three children and three grandchildren. Don enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids.
