Jeff Bradford

Jeff Bradford serves as CEO/President of Human Coalition, a national pro-life organization dedicated to rescuing children from abortion by caring for women and families. Since joining Human Coalition full –time in 2012, Jeff has helped lead the organization from an emerging ministry into one of the nation’s largest pro-life organizations, expanding its reach, strengthening its national network of care, and developing innovative ways to reach women who are actively seeking abortion. 

Jeff’s leadership experience spans ministry, business, entrepreneurship, sales, and organizational development. From 1999 to 2010, he and his wife, Tricia, helped plant and lead a church in Flower Mound, Texas. During that same period, Jeff also served as owner and CEO of Cross Media, growing the company from four employees to more than 80 and increasing annual sales from approximately $400,000 to more than $14 million. He later served as managing partner of CGO Partners, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations grow. 

His experience building Cross Media, planting and leading a church, and advising growing organizations has shaped the way Jeff leads Human Coalition today. Together, these experiences have prepared him to build teams, develop leaders, manage complexity, steward significant resources, and guide organizations through growth and change. 

Jeff first encountered Human Coalition in 2009 and was deeply moved by its ability to reach women online seeking an abortion and offer them compassionate, life-affirming care. He began volunteering with the organization, joined the Board in 2010, and eventually left the business world to join the ministry full time. 

Today, Jeff is passionate about building a culture in which abortion becomes both unthinkable and unnecessary. His leadership focuses on strengthening care for women and families, advancing innovation, mobilizing the Church, and fostering greater collaboration across the pro-life movement. 

Jeff and his wife, Tricia, are the authors of Beauty from Ashes, which shares their family’s story of abortion, grief, healing, and God’s redemption. Their personal experience has shaped Jeff’s conviction that every human life has immeasurable value and that God’s grace can transform even the most painful parts of our stories. 

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He and Tricia have four children and three grandchildren. They reside in North Texas.
