Joe Pagano

Joe Pagano serves as Vice President of Government Programs for Human Coalition, where he builds and strengthens partnerships with state governments, ensuring that funders and government partners receive clear, timely reporting and program performance data. 

Joe brings more than 20 years of business management experience to the role, including leading a large call center before joining Human Coalition in 2016 as Contact Center Director. That operational background, paired with strong communication and team leadership skills, has shaped his approach to managing government relationships across multiple states today. 

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, having completed the majority of his graduate coursework at Georgia State University. He and his wife, Mandy, have four sons, two daughters, four dogs, and two cats.
