Linda Francisco

Linda Francisco serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Human Coalition, where her passion is caring for and serving every employee. 

Linda’s primary goal is to cultivate a healthy, life-giving work environment, one where employees are empowered to be authentically themselves and given every opportunity to grow their talents, both personally and professionally. She believes that as the organization flourishes from within, that growth directly expands Human Coalition’s capacity to rescue more preborn children and walk alongside women and their families throughout their journey. 

With more than four decades of executive leadership across nonprofit, corporate, and full-time ministry settings, Linda brings a wealth of skill and expertise to her role. She previously served as a Human Resources Director and has held her SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential for more than two decades. 

Rooted in a legacy of Christian faith and shaped from childhood by learning to serve and live like Christ, Linda carries a deep heart for people and a clear sense that God has called her to serve others and bring hope to others. 

She earned her degree in Business Management and Psychology from Evangel University. 

Linda is happily married to Kevin, and together they have seven adult children (plus spouses) and eight grandchildren, scattered from California to Florida and everywhere in between. She treasures time with family, loves to travel, and is a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan. Whether she’s relaxing at the beach or simply enjoying life’s everyday moments, Linda finds joy in the little things, including the sweetest Great Dane and a super-smart Sheepadoodle.
