Frank Garcia

National Director of Operations

Frank Garcia supervises and provides leadership over all the technical aspects of Human Coalition’s systems optimization and business growth. Instrumental in his role, Frank works with the organization’s leadership to align technology resources in support of Human Coalition’s mission as a whole, as well as each department’s mission. He is also responsible for directing employees in the IT Department to attain the company’s strategic goals.

Frank brings 16+ years of experience to Human Coalition’s systems department. He has managed information operations for a large healthcare system and also worked as the vice president of technology and facilities for another large non-profit organization.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
He and his wife Vicki have three daughters and three dogs.
