Our clients are all experiencing a high level of stress. In light of that, we end each intake appointment with a small gift to them—a spa gift bag—and the words, “You’ve gotten a lot of information today. Go home. Take some time for yourself. Here’s a gift just for you.” Their faces light up every time as we hand them the gift bag.

The bags should be relatively small – 6-8 inches high. Include 4-8 small items which would make you think of a relaxing experience. Here are some ideas:

• Scented lotion, body wash, body spray
• Mini-manicure set, nail stickers
• Candy (no chocolate as it may melt)
• Scented candle
• Bubble bath oils or bath salts
• Face mask
• Nail polish
• Pretty fuzzy socks
• Preggy pops
• Hot chocolate pack or tea bag
• Exfoliating gloves, loofahs, pretty sponge

Please do not include: deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, literature or stickers on or in the bags.
