Our research shows that nearly one-third of Americans identify as being committed to the pro-life cause, and we are proud many support Human Coalition.
However, only a very small percentage of Americans who donate to nonprofits choose to donate to pro-life causes. As a past supporter of Human Coalition, YOU are a catalyst for change as a member of this small but influential group.
In order to execute our city-by-city strategy to end abortion in America, we need to crack the code on this disconnect between those who share our views and those who share their resources.
I know why I give my time and support to effective Pro-Life efforts (and you can read my story here). But I’d like to know why you got involved.
What inspired you to contribute toward pro-life causes? Leave your comment below.
Thank you for your prayers, input, and continued support.
One pro-life friend invited me to attend a pro-life rally with her in front of the Planned Parenthood building here in Memphis. I was so moved by what I felt and observed while I was there, that I got involved and I still am. That one friend made all the… Read more »
Awesome testimony Carol. Thanks for getting involved!
I support pro-life causes because if my mom wasn’t pro-life, I wouldn’t be here. My dad didn’t want me. He was ready to leave our family and didn’t want a second child to make things more complicated. He told my mom, “This is a bad time. You know what you… Read more »
I contribute to causes that I feel are actually doing something productive, and not just pretending to do so. I look for how the money is spent, what percentage goes towards assisting those in actual need. There are PLENTY of political lobbyists in regards to abortion; they should join forces… Read more »
Hi John – I’m not sure if you are referring to Human Coalition or some other organization in your comment. If you are, allow me to make a few comments: 1. We are not political. 2. There are 6 divisions to HuCo: marketing outreach, contact center, pro-life clinics, continuum of… Read more »
Greetings! I have a life-long relationship between death and the unborn. My maternal grandmother was a very successful R. N. She cared for many girls who had aborted themselves with a coat hanger. Therefore her compassion toward these suffering mothers required her to be pro-abortion. My attitude evolved from that… Read more »
About I attended the premaier performance of “Whatever Happened to the Human Race” in Philadelphia. Dr. Francis Shaffuer & Dr. Everette Koop & Dr. Mildred Jefferson from Boston took 2 days to speak regarding abortion, euthanasia, infanticide and the Christian consensus of the country. They showed how media can influence… Read more »
Brian; First thank you and God bless you richly for what you do here. Me and my wife give to different Christian Ministries, so we are not all in-in any one area. Our local church is our priority, as it a great outreach to the community, and we are so… Read more »
Thanks, Mike, and keep supporting those wonderful ministries!
Simply because the taking of life in abortion can never be justified, not even to save the mother. God alone has the right over life.
I am a post abortive woman. The work Human Coalition does to reach out to abortion minded men and women specifically, to provide them with information, help and resources that will support them in their decision to choose life is invaluable. I want to partner with them financially and with… Read more »
My sincere desire to see end to abortion and do anything at all possible to help.
Mine too, Jodi. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and ask for Frances if you’d like to talk through some ideas. Thanks!
Back in 1973, I was never comfortable with legalized abortion, but couldn’t articulate why. Now I understand why vulnerable little lives, as well as vulnerable old, sick, disabled lives, need to be protected. We are all bearers of God’s image, and that makes us precious! We who can must stand… Read more »
As an aspiring servant of Christ, I do not feel I can turn my back on those who are being unjustly slaughtered.
I am a father of 3 girls and grandfather of 8, 3 boys and 5 girls. I had 1 granddaughter who went to be with the Lord a month after she turned 2. It was hard for me to accept this since it was a preventable death. I now know… Read more »
I’m glad God has given you a chance to intervene. If all people who love life intervened in the lives of those contemplating abortion, we wouldn’t have abortion. Blessings on your counsel to this person!
27 years ago, my wife was 2 months into her 2nd pregnancy when she and her doctor discovered lumps in her breast. It turned out to be Breast Cancer. She needed a mastectomy and chemotherapy. At first, all the doctors said that they couldn’t start the chemo until either she… Read more »

If we can’t fight for the most innocent of innocent, then we are weak at our very core and nothing else will be right.
I don’t recall ever being anti-life, but when on a pilgrimage to Lourdes etc, I had a profound conversion experience, and although I never made any specific decision, I became dedicated to the pro-life cause once I had retired. I have now been a member of a street prayer team… Read more »
I believe that life is precious and that when it gets to a point where life is disposable we are in big trouble. The reason I’m involved in pro-life issues is because I’m a Bible-believing Christian and GOD IS A GOD OF LIFE. The lies of the abortion community are… Read more »
I was inspired to be prolife by my parents and witnessing their love for their 8 children and seeing that sacrifices both physically and monetarily to raise all of us with such love. Of course, coming from a Catholic home which instilled love of God and love for all His… Read more »
We love our creator the only God. He loves life. We support as enabled the local and national agencies for life including Human coalition.
I had 4 babies and loved being pregnant and giving birth. I also had a miscarriage and I have always wondered why God wanted that baby back. I hope to meet that child in heaven. Babies are a gift from God.
Indeed they are. Jessica and I lost a child to miscarriage, too, and often think about meeting him or her someday on the other side.
I’ve met people who have chosen abortions, people who have chosen to have their babies adopted (both where the files were secret and where the Mom met the family first and maintained contact), people who were forced by their government to abort, etc. I’ve seen the devastation to Moms and… Read more »
Rita – I know exactly how you feel. There are lots of options to get involved. Here are just a few ideas: 1. Urge your church or parish to get connected with the pro-life movement. We have a great church outreach team who can assist. 2. Download our prayer app… Read more »
I have always been concerned & have supported our local pregnancy centers & other org.on this matter. Perhaps the reason for the small percentage of contributions Is possibly due to a “relaxing” or total lack of some pastors “speaking of this issue from the pulpit”!! It is very sad that… Read more »
Brian, my motivation to support the sanctity of life springs from my commitment to life’s Creator. God has spared my own life several times I’m aware of, and doubtless many others I’ll discover only when ‘I know fully, even as I am fully known.’ The contributions I make are from… Read more »

It’s my part to confront the materialistic, sensualistic death cult gripping our society
I am pro-life and I love the idea of compassion from animals to “Save the Baby Humans!”” Kinda turns the thing on its’ head!!

I already knew that “abortion” was MURDER. Prior to Jan. 22, 1973, it was murder; so, why would a deliberate action to KILL an innocent human baby all of a sudden NOT be murder?! The pro-death people kept claiming the baby (my word) was nothing but a clump of cells… Read more »

I have always felt that abortion was abhorrent. I feel personally responsible for my choices in either ignoring and therefore condoning abortion or helping to stop it.
